Our Mission

We want to breed the most versitile horse. One that anybody can saddle up and ride, be it in the show ring or on the trail. They can be used for many different aspects of riding. We have a small handful of mares and believe quality is better than quantity.

Meet the families behind the ranch.

Hi, my name is Karla Buntrock. I started this web site to introduce you to our wonderful herd of horses and not to mention the families that do all the hard work in order to have these beautiful animals.

I grew up in northern Iowa and fell in love with horses almost from birth. My parents had a Shetland Pony that had a foal only three months after I was born and we grew up together and became inseperatable.  I worked on a local Quarter Horse ranch where I worked with babies to lead and started 2 yr olds under saddle . I eventually worked for my own filly and trained her.

My love for horses only grew beyond my parents imagination and when I left to attend the University of Minnesota, Waseca in the Light Horse Management program, my experience and love of horses exceded.

Since then, I have gained a few more horses and I have sold a few. My experience comes from working several ranches, including Sheriff Stock Farm in Sheffield, Iowa to working at Canterbury Downs in Shokappee, MN.

I have two beautiful daughters, Kaitlyn and Hailey that love horses almost as much as I. We moved to Wisconsin in 2003 and have since met a special man to share his heart, his home and his love of horses with us.

Steve Mullenbach, his daughter Britney, and son Tyler, share my joy of horses ( Steve and Britney anyway). We currently have our own little herd on our ranch and enjoy the life that we have sharing it with our horses.

Email Me! I would love to hear from you.
